Important Info Regarding KW Command Updates
We have exciting news to share regarding the technology that powers the transaction and commission data from all your closings. Once we have finished this transition, your production data will update faster, we will work with greater efficiency, and we will have a more stable platform allowing us to provide greater service uptime.
Important Dates and Details to Know
(Please be sure to send this information to the person doing your
Commissions/Compliance if it is not you!)

For Transactions that are scheduled to close Thursday, September 5th through Wednesday, September 11th, please submit your commission requests
no later than Monday, September 2nd.
__________________________
It is imperative that we have time to create your DAs prior to noon on Thursday, September 5th before our current system is closed out.

• No commission requests should be submitted after Wednesday, September 4th until the new system goes live on Tuesday, September 10th. If requests are submitted using the old system, the Market Center will not be able to view or process them and you will have to re-enter them on (or after) the 10th.

• Should you need a revision to a DA that is closing September 5th – 10th, those requests need to be submitted no later than noon on September 4th.

Why is this necessary?

Once we transmit August production data on the September 5th, we will not be able to produce new DAs until our Go Live date on September 10th.

What is changing for you with the new system?

Currently, the Commissions tab has up to 4 screens for you to navigate through. Once we move to the new system, it's the same information and data fields, only all on 1 screen. We have a video sample coming soon!

Nothing changes with your compliance process and there is no interruption
to your access to Command or your Opportunities
or your ability to submit documents for review.
